CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF THE EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTER NUMBER 12 OF 2013 ON THE TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS OF THE USE OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND FIELDS OF THE BUDGET YEAR 2013 BUDGET


WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that the technical guidance of the DAK Field Office of Budget Year 2013 has been set up with the Regulation and Culture of the Number 12 Culture Year 2013 on Technical Lead of the Use of Special Alocation Funds of the Basic Education of the Year Budget 2013;
B.  that with the change in the implementation of the implementation policy of the 2013 curriculum and to optimize the implementation of the DAK Field Office of Budget Year 2013, it needs to change some of the provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 12 about the Technical Lead of the Use of Special Alocations of the Basic Education Field of the Budget Year 2013;
c. that based on consideration as intended on letter a and letter b, need to establish the Minister for Education and Culture on the Change of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 12 Year 2013 on Technical Guidance Use Of The Special Allocation Of Basic Education Areas Of The Budget Year 2013.

DECIDED:

SPECIFIES: THE EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF THE EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTER NUMBER 12 OF 2013 ON THE TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS OF THE USE OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS IN THE AREA OF THE BUDGET YEAR 2013.

Article I
Some of the provisions in the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 12 of 2013 on Technical Guidance of the Use of Special Alocations of the Basic Education of the Budget Year 2013 were subsequently called the DAK Field of Education Basic Year. The 2013s budget is amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 1 are changed, so that Article 1 reads as follows:
Section 1
The Special Allocation Fund of the Basic Education Year of the 2013 Budget in the Regulation of the Minister is called the Basic Education Field used for:
a. Finance rehabilitation and facilities for the improvement of the primary school education/elementary school (SD/SDLB); and
B. Financing the improvement of the infrastructure and means of improving the education quality of the First High School/Extraordinary Secondary School (SMP/SMPLB).

2. The provisions of Article 3 are changed, so that Article 3 reads as follows:
Section 3
(1) Proportion use of DAK Field Education for SMP/SMPLB as in accordance with Section 1 of the letter b is 35% up to 65% to finance the improvement of infrastructure and procuring the increased quality of education to achieve 100% according to the with the needs of the district/city.
(2) The improvement of educational infrastructure as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b among others
a. The rehabilitation of the study hall with the lowest damage levels is damaged and is included;
B. construction of new classrooms (RKB) including its furniture;
c. Building room/library building including its furniture; and/or
D. the construction of another learning space (RBL) includes its furniture.
(3) The existence of the means of increased mutueducation as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b among others:
a. Social Knowledge Tools (IPS);
B. Mathematical tools;
C. The Natural Science Agency (IPA) tool
D. iumBahasa; and/or
e. The equipment is Raga.

3. The provisions of Article 4 are changed, so that Article 4 reads as follows:
Section 4

5. The provisions of the Attachment are changed, so the Attachment reads as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of these Ministers.

Article II
The rules of the Minister are starting to apply to be promulgated.

So that everyone knows it, instrucits the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
