REGULATION of the MINISTER of EDUCATION and CULTURE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 79 2013 ABOUT CHANGES to the REGULATION of the MINISTER of EDUCATION and CULTURE No. 12 2013 TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT the USE of SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS BASIC EDUCATION BUDGET YEAR 2013 with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of EDUCATION and CULTURE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the technical instructions DAK Education Basic fiscal year 2013 has been set by regulation of the Minister of education and culture No. 12 2013 Technical Instructions about the use of the Special Allocation Fund Fields The basic education Budget Year 2013;

Article I some provisions in the Ordinance of the Minister of education and culture No. 12 2013 Technical Instructions about the use of Special Allocation Funds Basic Education Budget Year 2013 hereinafter referred to as the Basic Education and the fiscal year 2013diubah as follows: 1.
