EMPLOYEES IN THE PUBLIC WORKS MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that bureaucratic reform in the Ministry of Public Works ' environment, then in an effort to improve employee performance in the Ministry of Public Works environment, needs to be given a Performance improvement;
B. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the President's Regulation on Employee Performance Benefits in the Ministry of Public Works Environment;

DECIDED:
Establish :PRESIDENTIAL REGULATIONS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE GENERAL EMPLOYMENT MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. Civil Servants are the Civil Servants and Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian National Armed Forces) as referred to in Law No. 8 of the Year 1974 on the PoyPokok KeEmployees as amended with the Act Number 43 Year 1999.
2. Employees in the Ministry of Public Works are Public and Other Employees based on the Decision of Officials who are authorized to be appointed in a position and work in full on organizational units in the Ministry environment. Public Work.
Section 2
To employees who have a specific office in the Ministry of Public Works, in addition to being granted income under the terms of the laws, are provided with Performance benefits each month.
Section 3
(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, not provided to:
a. Employees in the Ministry of Public Works who do not have a specific position;
B. Employees in the Public Works Ministry environment are suspended for temporary or disabled;
C. Employees in the Ministry of Public Works are dismissed from their organics as they are given the waiting money (not to be dismissed as the State Employee);
D. Employees in the Ministry of Public Works are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside the Public Works Ministry environment;
e. Employees in the Ministry of Public Works are granted leave outside of the country's dependents or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement preparation period; and
f. Civil servants of the General Services Agency who have obtained remuneration as set out in Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74, 2012.
(2) The further provisions of Employees in the Ministry of Public Works that are not provided Performance Improvements as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the General Works Minister Regulation.
Section 4
The magnitude of the Performance Benefits as referred to in Section 2 is listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 5
(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Article 2, paid in terms of July 2013.

Section 7

Section 8

Section 9

Section 10
(1) By the time this Presidential Regulation is in effect, all employees in the Ministry of Public Works are obliged to carry out the bureaucratic reform agenda under the provisions of the laws.
(2) The implementation of the bureaucratic reform agenda as referred to in verse (1), is monitored and evaluated periodically by the Minister of Public Works and the National Bureaucratic Reform Team, both individually and together.
Section 11
The technical provisions of the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are further regulated by the Minister of Public Works, Minister of Personnel Minister of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms, and the Minister of Finance, both individually and together according to the fields of the President of the State of Defense. their respective duties.
Section 12
By the implementation of this President's Regulation, the Work Compensation Allowance is revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 13
