ABOUT
CONSERVATION ACTION STRATEGY AND PLAN
TAPIR (INDICUS TAPIRUS) of 2013-2022
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF FORESTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to improve the conservation efforts of Tapir (Indicus Tapirus) in its habitat, the strategy and action plan as a framework for the relevant parties to the drafting of the handling program is integrated;
B. that under consideration as in the letter a, then need to establish the Forest Minister Regulation on the Strategy and the Tapir Conservation Action Plan (Indicus Tapirus) of 2013-2022;

DECIDED:
Setting: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE STRATEGY AND PLAN OF TAPIR CONSERVATION ACTION (TAPIRUS INDICUS) IN 2013-2022.
Article 1
The strategy and plan of the Tapir
conservation action (Tapirus Indicus) of 2013-2022 as set forth in this regulatory attachment and is an inseparable part of this regulatory attachment.
Article 2
Strategy and plans for the conservation action of Tapir (Tapirus Indicus) of 2013-2022 as referred to in Article 1 is the framework for the drafting of the Tapir conservation activities program (Indicus Tapirus).
Article 3
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
