SPECIAL JOB COMPETENCY STANDARD
URBAN CONSERVATION AREA MANAGEMENT PLANNING
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to develop and host education and competency-based training in the field of water conservation management, it needs to be structured in the standards of the competency of the management of the conservation areas of conservation areas;
b.that based on consideration as in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Regulations on the Standards of Special Working Competency planning for the management of the Water Conservation Area.

Three. Law No. 27 of 2007 on Management Of Coastal Regions and Small Islands (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2007 Number 84, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4739);
Four. Government Regulation Number 60 Year 2007 On The Conservation Of Fish Resources (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 2007 Number 134, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4779);
Five. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as it has been several times amended, last with the Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 141);

Twelve. The Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Number PER.25/MEN/2012 on the Establishment of the Regulation of the Law on the Environment of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries (News of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 Number 1);
DECIDED:
establish: MARINE AND FISHERIES MINISTER REGULATIONS ON THE STANDARDS OF JOB COMPETENCY SPECIFIC MANAGEMENT OF WATER CONSERVATION AREAS.
Article 1
Standards of Special Working Competency Planning for Water Conservation Area are intended as a reference to the development and implementation of education and education-based work competency in the field of conservation management of water. />
Article 2
Standard of Business competency specific planning for the management of the Water Conservation Area as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 3
The standards of the Special Working Competency Planning for the Management Area of the Water Conservation Area apply also to the areas of coastal conservation and small islands.
Section 4
The rules of this Minister begin to take effect on the date of promulglement.
