ABOUT
COMMUNITY SATISFACTION INDEX MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES
IN THE AGRICULTURE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to know the level of public satisfaction with the performance of public services in agriculture needs to be done measuring the public satisfaction indexes;
B. that the organizers of the public service are required to perform a periodic performance assessment of the public service.
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to set the Measurement Guidelines of the Public Satisfaction Index in the Environment of the Ministry of Agriculture;

Twelve. Regulation of Agriculture Minister Number 78 /Permentan/ OT.140/12/2012 on the Drafting Guidelines and the Redemption of Public Service Standards of the Ministry of Agriculture;
DECIDED:
establish: AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATIONS ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE MEASUREMENT OF THE PUBLIC SATISFACTION INDEX IN THE AGRICULTURAL MINISTRY.
Article 1
The index of the measurement of the Community's satisfaction indexes in the Ministry of Agriculture's Environment as set forth in the Attachment which is an integral part of this Regulation.
Article 2
The guidelines of the Satisfaction Index of Public satisfaction in the Ministry of Agriculture Environment are used as a reference for public service work units in agriculture in measuring the public satisfaction indexes.
Article 3
Each unit of public service in the field of agriculture is required to carry out the measurement of community satisfaction indexes and process and report the results at least six (six) months.
Section 4
The results of the measurement as referred to in Section 3 are mandatory in order to improve the quality of the public service.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
