Article 3
The designation of the Principal Performance Indicator (IKU) in the Ministry of Transportation Environment, using the Format as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

Section 4
(1) In order to establish the Primary Performance Indicator (IKU) in the Environment Ministry Environment as referred to in Section 2, any Director of the Unit of Eselon Level I in the Environment Ministry of Transportation must perform Drafting of the Annual Performance Plan (RKT), the Ministry/Institute Work and Budget Plan (RKA-K/L), Performance Assignment (PK), Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) and the Evaluation of Performance of Performance Goals.
(2) The results of the preparation of the Annual Performance Plan (RKT), the Ministry/Institute of Work and Budget Plan (RKA-K/L), Performance Assignments (PK), Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) and Evaluation of Performance Goals as it is referred to in verse (1) delivered to the Minister.

Section 5
In order to set up the Annual Performance Plan (RKT), the Ministry/Institution Work and Budget Plan (RKA-K/L), Performance Assignment (PK), Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP), and Evaluation of Performance Objective, to Head of the Eselon Level Organization Unit in the Environment Ministry Environment, must compose an Activity Performance Indicator (IKK) to be specified by the Leadership of the Eselon Level Organization Unit I.

Section 6

Section 7
In order to further enhance the effectiveness of the Principal Performance Indicator Implementation (IKU) in the Ministry of Transportation Environment, then to:
a. Secretariat General of the Ministry of Transportation is given the task and authority:
1) Perform coaching on the preparation of the Annual Performance Plan (RKT), the Ministry/Institute for Work and Budget Plan (RKA-K/L), Performance Penetration (PK), and the Government Agency's Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP);
2) Conduct an evaluation of the implementation of the Accountability Unit of the Eselon Level Organization Unit in the Environment Ministry of Transportation.
b. Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation is given the duty and authority to conduct an evaluation of the Performance Accountability Report of the Unit of the Eselon Level Organisation, and report the results to the Minister.

Section 8
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is in effect, then the 2010 PM.85 Ministerial Ministerial Regulation on the Establishing Of Key Performance Indicators in the Ministry of Transportation Environment, revoked and stated does not apply.

Section 9
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.

DECIDED:

ESTABLISH: THE MINISTRY OF THE MINISTRY OF THE RELATIONSHIP ON THE DESIGNATION OF KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (IKU) IN THE MINISTRY ' S ENVIRONMENT OF RELATIONS.

Article 1
In this Minister ' s Rule, which is referred to:
1. The Primary Performance Indicator, which is subsequently called the IKU, is the measure of the success of an organization's strategic objectives and objectives.
2.
