ABOUT
THE PASSAGE OF PROTOCOL TO AMEND CERTAIN ASEAN ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS RELATED TO TRADE IN GOODS (PROTOCOL TO CHANGE CERTAIN ASEAN ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS RELATED TO TRADE GOODS)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Hanoi, Vietnam, on March 8, 2013, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Protocol to Amend Certain ASEAN Economic Agreements Related to Trade in Goods (Protocol to Change the Necessarily Linked ASEAN Economic Agreement Goods Trade);
B. that in order to support the preparation of the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 in particular related to the trade activities of goods, it needs to align the provisions in several ASEAN goods trade agreements with ASEAN Goods Trade Agreement (ATIGA);
c. that on the basis of consideration as referred to in the letter a and b, need to pass such a Protocol to the President's Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 25 Year 2009 on the Unrest of ASEAN Framework Agreement for the Integration of Priority Sectors (ASEAN Framework Agreement for the Integration of Priority Sectors) (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009) Number 93);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 2 of 2010 on the Concern of the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ASEAN Goods Trade Agreement) (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 2);
DECIDED:
Establish: The President ' s Regulation on Unrest Protocol to Amend Certain ASEAN Economic Agreements Related to Trade in Goods (Protocol to Amend The ASEAN Economic Agreement Is Necessarily A Trade Of Goods).
Section 1
Passing Protocol to Amend Certain ASEAN Economic Agreements Related to Trade in Goods (Protocol to Change the Relevant ASEAN Economic Agreements) which have been signed in Hanoi, Vietnam, on March 8, 2013. the original manuscript in English and translation in Indonesian as attached and is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In terms of the difference of interpretation between the manuscript translation of this Protocol in English with the original English text, the original text is the original text in English.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
