ABOUT
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INDONESIAN CULTURAL ARTS INSTITUTE OF PAPUA LAND
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order of improvement and development of human resources as well as the alignment and improvement of higher education quality in the field of cultural arts in Papua Province, it needs to establish a public college of cultural arts in Papua Province;
B. that based on the consideration as intended on the letter a, it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Establishment of the Indonesian Cultural Arts Institute of the Land of Papua
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
3. Act No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
4. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2014 on the Hosting of Higher Education and Management of the PerguruanTinggi (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 No. 16, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5500);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INDONESIAN CULTURAL ARTS INSTITUTE OF LAND OF PAPUA.
Pasal1
With the Regulation of the President it established the Indonesian Cultural Arts Institute of Papua Land as a public college in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment.
Section 2
The Indonesian Institute of Cultural Arts of Papua, referred to in Article 1, organizes academic education and can organize vocational education in a number of scientific and/or technological families in the field of cultural arts, and if qualified can host a profession education in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 3
(1) All financing required for the hosting of the Indonesian Cultural Arts Institute of Papua is charged on the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
(2) The Local Government may assist in financing as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
Further provisions are required for the implementation of the Regulation of this President, governed by ministers who are organizing government affairs in the field of education, ministers who are organizing government affairs in the areas of the country's apparatus, the minister who is the minister of the government. conduct a governance business in the financial field, and/or Head of the State Board of Personnel, both jointly and individually in accordance with the respective fields of its duties under the terms of the law.
Section 5
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
