PASSAGE OF THE EXTRADITION TREATY BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND REPUBLIC OF INDIA

(INDEPENDENCE TREATY BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA)

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ALMIGHTY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. That in order to achieve the goal of the Republic of Indonesia to protect all the people of Indonesia and all of Indonesia's blood, and to advance the common welfare, to preach the life of the nation, and to carry out the order of the world. based on independence, eternal peace and social justice, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the international community conducting international relations and cooperation embodied in international agreements;

d. that in order to improve the relationship and effective cooperation, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of India have signed an extradition Agreement in New Delhi on January 25, 2011;

e. that based on consideration as a letter a, letter b, letter c, and letter d, need to form an Act on the Passage Of The Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of India (Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of India);

4. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);

With THE JOINT APPROVAL OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

AND PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

DECIDED: SET: LEGISLATION ON RATIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

EXTRADITION BETWEEN REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND REPUBLIC OF INDIA (INDEPENDENCE TREATY BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA).

Article 1 Passes The Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of India (Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of India) signed on January 25, 2011 in New Delhi whose copies of the original manuscripts in English, Hindi, and English as attached and are an inseparable part of this Act.

Article 2 of the Act begins to apply to the date of promulgment.
