RATIFICATION OF THE VOLUNTARY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION ON THE ENFORCEMENT OF FORESTRY LAWS, ITS FUNDING, AND THE TRADE OF TIMBER PRODUCTS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (VOLUNTARY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA) EUROPEAN UNION ON FOREST LAW ENFORCEMENT, GOVERNANCE AND TRADE IN TIMBER PRODUCTS INTO THE EUROPEAN UNION)
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Brussels, Belgium on 30 September 2013 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the European Union on Enforcement Of Forestry, Prosecuting, and Product Trade Wood to the European Union (Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the European Union on Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade in Timber Products into the European Union), as a result of negotiations between the Delegates. Governments of the Republic of Indonesia and the European Union;
B. that the partnership partnership aims to improve the governance of the forestry sector which can remove the actions of wild timber logging and ensure the trade of timber as well as Indonesian timber products into the EU region according to regulations and regulations. The country is not available.
c. that on the basis of consideration as referred to in the letter a and b, need to pass such Approval to the President's Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSING OF VOLUNTARY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION ON THE ENFORCEMENT OF FORESTRY LAWS, ITS FUNDING, AND THE TRADE OF TIMBER PRODUCTS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (VOLUNTARY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT) BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION ON FOREST LAW ENFORCEMENT, GOVERNANCE AND TRADE IN TIMBER PRODUCTS INTO THE EUROPEAN UNION)
Section 1
Ratify the Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the European Union on Enforcement Of Forestry, Penatacelation, and Trade of Wood Products to the European Union (Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the European Union on Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade in Timber Products into the European Union) signed on September 30, 2013 in Brussels, Belgium whose original manuscript is in Indonesian, Bulgarian Language, Language Croatia, Czech Language, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovene, Spanish, Swedish, and Language. English as attached and are an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the text of the Agreement in English, English, and the twenty-two other official languages of the European Union as referred to in Article 1, which apply is the English-language Agreement.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
