THE TENTH CHANGE OVER GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29 IN 2001
ABOUT THE SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC STATE POLICE FORCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in order to improve the purpose and outcome of the Indonesian National Police, it is necessary to raise the principal salary of the Member of the State Police.
b .that the principal salary of the Member State Police of the Republic of Indonesia as set forth in the Government Regulation Appendix 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia which has been several times amended last with the Government Regulation No. 24 Year 2013 on the Ninth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji the Member of the State Police Indonesia needs to be changed;
c. That under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Tenth Change of Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the State Police Indonesia;
Remembering: 1.   Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 2 of 2002 on the State Police of Indonesia (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2002 No. 2, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4168);
3. Government Regulation No. 29, 2001 on the Payroll Ordinance of the State Police of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Gazette 2001 Number 52 Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4094) as has been nine. Last modified with Government Regulation No. 24 of 2013 on the Ninth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of the Year) 2013 Number 59);

DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE TENTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29 OF 2001 ON THE PAYROLL REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

Section 1
1. Changing Annex of Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The Members Of The Indonesian National Police (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2001 Number 52, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4094), as has been nine times amended with the Government Regulation:
a.   Number 14 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 20);
B.   Number 68 In 2005 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 No. 153);
C.   Number 12 of 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 28);
D.   Number 13 of 2008 (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 26);
e.   Number 21 Year 2009 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009 Number 38);
f.   Number 27 of 2010 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2010 Number 33);
G.   Number 13 of 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 No. 26);
h.   Number 17 of 2012 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2012 No. 34); and
i.   Number 24, 2013 (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 No. 59),
So it becomes as set forth in the Attachment that is an integral part of this Government Regulation.
2. The terms as referred to in figure 1 came into effect on 1 January 2014.

Article II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulcity.
So that everyone knows it, order the invitational of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
