WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to increase administrative services in accordance with the development of the workload, it needs to reorganize the organization and the political governance of the country;

b. that under consideration as intended on the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Minister for Education and Culture on the Organization and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Electronics of Surabaya;

3. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2013;

4. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and the Functions of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 56 2013;

5. President's decision No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 regarding the establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II, as amended last by Presidential Decree Number 60 /P of 2013;

6. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 Year 2012 on the Organization and the Working Order of the Ministry of Education and Culture as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 69 of 2012;

DECIDED:

Establish: MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURAL REGULATIONS ON ORGANIZATIONS AND WORKINGS ELECTRONIC POLYTECHNIC STATE OF SURABAYA.

BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS

Article 1 (1) Next Article 1 (1) of the Ministry of Electronics of State of Surabaya in Regulation

BAB II

ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT of BagianKesatu

General

Article 4 (1) PENS consists of:

a. The Director is the managing organ; b. The Senate as an organ exercising the function of consideration and

academic supervision;

c. Supervision Unit as an organ that exercises non-academic supervising functions; and

d. The Board of truss as an organ that exercises non-academic consideration functions and assists the development of the PENS.

Article 5 of the Director as the maintainer organ consists of

Second Section

Director and Deputy Director

Article 6 of the Director as referred to in Article 5 of the letter a has the task of leading the hosting of education, research, and devotion to the community as well as foster educators, education, students, and relationships with the environment.

Section 7 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6, the Director organizes functions: a. implementation and development of higher education;

b. execution of research in the framework of science and technology development;

c. implementation of devotion to the community;

d. implementation of the academic sivity of academia and its relationship with the environment; and

e. implementation of administrative services activities. Article 8

(1) The Deputy Director as referred to in Section 5 of the letter a is below and is responsible to the Director.

(2) The Deputy Director is composed of: a. Deputy Director of Academic Field. B. Vice Director of Public and Financial Affairs. C. Deputy Director of Student Affairs.

(3) The Deputy Director of Academic Fields has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of education, research, and devotion to the community.

(4) Vice Director of Public and Financial Affairs Has a job to assist the Director in leading the conduct of activities in the field of public and financial administration.

(5) The deputy director of the Ministry of Students has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities in the field of scholarship. danalumni.

(6) Deputy Director as referred to in paragraph (1) granted Vice Director's allowance as set forth in Presidential Regulation No. 65 of 2007 on Lecturer Allowance.

Section 9 (1) Section as referred to in Section 5 of the letter b is

the acting element of the PENS that organizes administrative services to all elements in the PENS environment.

(2) The section is led by a Chief in charge to the Director and in the execution of daily tasks is coordinated by the Deputy Director in accordance with the field of duty.

(3) The Section consists of: a. Academic Parts, Student Services, Planning, and Systems

Information; and b. General and Financial Services.

Section 10

Academic, Planning, Planning, and Information Systems as referred to in Article 9 of the letter a have the task of carrying out academic affairs, student affairs, alumni, planning, information systems, and cooperation in the PENS environment.

Section 11

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 10, Academic, Student, Planning, and Information Systems organizes functions: a. execution of plans, programs, activities, and budgets; b. execution of academic services; c. execution of registration and drafting of data and information; d. execution of evaluation of academic activities; e. The job of coaching the student body; f. the implementation of the administration of cooperation; and g. execution of information systems management.

Section 12

Academic sections, Students, Planning and Information Systems consist of:

a. The Academic Subsection and the Student Ministry; b. Planning and Information Systems Subsections; and c. Functional Position Group.

section 13 (1) Academic subsections and Kemahasiswaan have a task

Article 16 of the General and Financial Parts, consists of: a. General Subsection; b. Subsections of Finance and Workforce; and c. Functional Position Group.

Article 17 (1) The General Subsection has a surcharge business,

Section 22 (1) Laboratory/Bengkel/Studio is a means of support majors

in one or part of a particular branch of science according to the needs and programs of the study in question and basic resource for development of science and education.

(2) The Laboratory/Bengkel/Studio is led by a senior lecturer or a teaching officer whose expertise has met the requirements in accordance with a particular branch of science and is directly responsible to Chairman of the Department.

Fifth Section

Research and Engagement Centre To the Society of Section 23

(1) The Center for Research and Engagement to the Community as referred to in Section 5 of the letter d is the executor element of the subject of the field of research and devotion to the community that is under the Director.

(2) The Centre for Research and Engagement to the Society is led by the head responsible to the Director and the day-to-day running of the tormentor conducted by the Deputy Director of Academic Fields.

Section 25

The Center for Research and Engagement to the Society consists of:

section 27

(1) The Functional Position Group consists of a number of lecturers and/or other functional forces in a functional position divided into various field of science groups.

(2) The Number of Posts Functional is specified according to the needs and workload.

(3) Functional office types and types are set in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Technical Managing Unit Section 28

(1) Technical Managing Unit as referred to in Article 5 of the next e called UPT is the supporting element of the tridharma activities in the PENS environment.

(2) The UPT is led by a Chief and is responsible to the Director.

(3) The UPT chief is appointed and dismissed by the Director. Section 29

UPT consists of:

a. UPT Library; b. UPT Computer; c. UPT Language; and d. UPT Unit Maintenance and Repair.

Section 30 (1) UPT Library as referred to in Section 29 of the letter a

is the technical acting unit in the library field.

(2) The Head of the Library is coordinated by the Deputy

Article 32 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 31, UPT Library has a function: a. Creation of an UPT plan, program, and budget; b. Drafting of the needs and the provisioning of the library materials; c. library materials processing; d. service and service delivery of the library; e. the maintenance of the library; and f. the implementation of the UPT Library's business planning business.

Article 33 UPT Library consists of: a. Chief; b. Officer of the Business; and c. Functional Office/Technical Position Group.

Article 34 (1) of the Computer UPT as referred to in Section 29 of the letter b,

is a technical managing unit in the field of development, information technology management, and communication.

(2) The head of the Computer UPT is coordinated by the Deputy Director of Public and Financial Affairs.

Article 35 of UPT Computer has the task of carrying out the development, management of information technology, and communication as well as the granting of information technology services and communications for the benefit of education, research, and devotion to society.

Section 36 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 35, the Computer UPT has a function: a. Unplanned, program, and UPT budget; b. the development of information technology and communication; c. the management, maintenance and repair of technology networks

information and communications; d. the delivery of information and communication technology services to

the interests of education, research, and devotion to the public in the PENS environment; and

e. the implementation of the Computer UPT business conduct business.

Article 37 of the Computer UPT consists of:

a. Chief; b. Officer of the Business; and c. Functional Office/Technical Position Group.

Article 38 (1) UPT Language as referred to in Section 29 of the letter c

is a technical managing unit in the field of services of the language. (2) The Chief UPT Language is coordinated by the Deputy Director of the Field

Academic.

Article 39 UPT Language has the task of carrying out the development of learning, improved capabilities, and language skills test.

Section 40

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 39, UPT Language hosted function:

a. Unplanned, program, and UPT budget; b. development of language learning; c. service enhancers of language skills for lecturers, students,

and educational power; d. language skills test services for lecturers, students, and power

education; and

e. The language of the UPT language business. Article 41

UPT Language consists of: a. Chief; b. Officer of the Business; and c. The Functional/Technical Position Group.

Section 42

(1) UPT Unit Maintenance and Repair as referred to in Section 29 of the d, is the technical execution unit in the field of maintenance and repair.

(2) the Chief of UPT The Maintenance and Repair Unit is coordinated by the Deputy Director of Public and Financial Affairs.

Section 43 UPT Unit Maintenance and Repair Unit have the task of carrying out maintenance and improvements to the means of support in the PENS environment.

Section 44

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 43, the UPT Unit Maintenance and Repair Unit have a function:

a. The platform of the maintenance of the means; b. repair service of the means; c. implementation of the UPT Maintenance Unit's business conduct business and

UPT Unit Maintenance and Repair Unit consists of: a. Chief; b. Officer of the Business; and c. Functional/Technical Position Groups.

a. implement the coordination, integration, and synchronization principles, both in the PENS environment and with other agencies outside the PENS in accordance with their respective duties;

d. delivered periodic reports just in time; and e. be responsible for leading and coordinating with

Section 50

CHAPTER V PROVISIONS

Article 51

CHAPTER VI TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Article 54 (1) All the tasks and functions of the existing PENS are still fixed

implemented until the arrangement of the PENS organization is in accordance with the Regulation of this Minister.

(2) The alignment as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed most slowly within 6 (six) months after the Director as referred to in Article 51 of the paragraph (1) was appointed by the Minister of Education and Culture.
