ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN ISLAMIC CORPORATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF

PRIVATE SECTOR

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that the State of the Republic of Indonesia is a member of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector which has the obligation to lease a number of funds as an inclusion of the State capital;

b. that in order to maintain the magnitude of the percentage of the State of the Republic of Indonesia on the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector and to carry out the obligations as referred to in the letter a, it needs to do an addition State Capital for the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector;

c. that under consideration as in the letter a and letter b and to carry out the provisions of Article 24 of the paragraph (3) Invite- Invite Number 23 Year 2013 on Budget Budget and State Shopping Year 2014

as amended by Act No. 12 of 2014 on Changes to the 2013 Act No. 23 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2014, it needs to set the Regulation. The Government on the addition of the inclusion of the Republic of Indonesia's capital in the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector;

Given: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

3. Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 182, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5462) as amended by the Law Number 12 Year 2014 on Changes to the Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 No. 142, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 5547);

DECIDED:

Establits: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN THE ISLAMIC CORPORATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR.

Article 1

The State of the Republic of Indonesia conducts the addition of capital inclusion on the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector whose membership was authorized by Presidential Decree Number 75 of 2002 concerning the Agreement Establishing the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (The Establishment of the Establishment of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of Private Sector).

Article 2 (1) The value of the increased inclusion of the State capital as referred to

in Article 1 of Rp2.069.615.000.00 (two billion sixty-nine million six hundred fifteen thousand rupiah).

(2) The inclusion of State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year 2014 Budget.

Article 3 of the Government may make the payment of an increase in the inclusion of the State capital exceeding as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) resulting from the margin of curs, to meet the obligations of the Republic of Indonesia at Islamic The Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector amounted to USD178,415.02 (a hundred and seventy-eight thousand four hundred and fifteen US dollars) as a repayment of the lack of duty payments in 2013.

Article 4 Implementation the addition of a State capital inclusion in Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 is conducted by the Minister of Finance.
