STATUTES OF THE STATE OF BENGKALIS STATE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND HIGHER EDUCATION

REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: a. that in order to provide a management reference

and the holding of the college tridharma in

the Bengkalis State Polytechnic environment, it needs to set

the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Statute;

b. that in order to implement the provisions of Article 29

paragraph (10) of the Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2014

about the High Education Act and

The management of the College, needs to set the Statute

Politecnik Country of Bengkalis;

c. that based on consideration as

referred to in letters a and letter b, needs to establish

the Ordinance of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Education

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND

HIGHER EDUCATION ON POLYTECHNIC STATUTES

BENGKALIS STATE.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

1. Bengkalis State Polytechnic is a college

a country that organizes education programs

BAB II

IDENTITY

Article 2

(1) Bengkalis State Polytechnic is next in

Article 8

(1) Polbeng has academic fashion and fashion

almamater.

BAB III

HOSTING COLLEGE TRIDHARMA

Part Kesatu

Education

Article 9

(1) Polbeng organizes a vocational education in

various science and/or technology families

and if qualified can be hosting

professional education.

includes a Diploma and/or Applied Scholar program.

(3) Polbeng can host a Magister program

Applied and Applied Doctorate in accordance with the provisions

laws.

Article 10

(1) The academic year begins in September and

ends in August of the following year.

(2) The academic year as referred to in paragraph (1)

consists of:

a. gasal semesters; and

b. even semester.

(3) Semester gasal begins in September and

ends in February of the following year.

next and ends in August.

(5) Each semester consists of 18 (eighteen) weeks

Article 12

Article 13

(1) The lectures are held in accordance with the schedule

practical/practicality, structured tasks, self-duty

and/or groups, seminars, public lectures, workshops,

(1) The assessment of the study results is an evaluation process

3½, 3, 2½, 2, 1, and 0.

(6) The results of student learning in a semester

are stated with The Achievement Index (IP).

(7) Student study results in a study period

expressed with the Cumulative Achievement Index (IPK).

(8) Academic awards with praise (cumlaude) can

be given to graduates with IPK > 3.50 (three commas

five-zero) with a timely study.

(9) Further provisions regarding assessment of the study results

as referred to in paragraph (1) to the paragraph

(8) is set in the Director's Ordinance after receiving

Senate consideration.

Article 15

(1) Students are declared a pass on a level

education after the course of the lecture

Research

Article 19

(1) The research activities in Polbeng are activities

integrated to improve educational activities,

teaching, and devotion to the community.

(2) The research activities held at Polbeng

include basic research, applied research, and

development research.

(3) The research activities as referred to in paragraph (1)

are conducted by following the rules and ethics of the scientist

in the fields of the tabby.

(4) The research activities as referred to in the verse (1)

done by lecturers, educency, and can

engage students.

(5) The research activities as referred to in paragraph (1)

may be performed through cooperation with other institutions

and/or public, both groups and

individuals.

(6) The research activities as referred to in paragraph (1)

are directed for institutional development,

the development of science, technology, and/or

art as well as the breakdown of industrial problems and

development.

(7) The research results are directed to obtain the right

intellectual property (HKI).

(8) The results of mandatory research are disseminated in a way

disseminated, published and/or patented.

are set in the Director's Regulations after it gets

Engagement to the Society

Section 20

(1) Engagement to the public is done

Academic Code of Conduct and Ethics

Article 21

(1) Polbeng campus residents upheld a code of conduct that

contains moral values, decency, honesty, rules

for scholarship, and profession and have discipline and

personality integrity in carrying out tasks.

(2) The Polbeng academic Sivitas is mandatory for ethical

academic and professional ethics.

(3) Polbeng campus residents who perform the above activities

Academic Freedom, Academic Mimbar Academic,

and Scholarly Autonomy

Article 22

(1) Polbeng upholds academic freedom,

freedom of mimbar academic, and academic autonomy.

(2) Academic freedom is the freedom to

maintain and advance science through

research or dissemination of science, technology,

and/or art according to norms and norms. Science rules.

(3) The freedom of academic mimbar is freedom

Article 24

Article 26

Polbeng Vision: Become a leading vocational college

national and international standards.

Article 27

Polbeng Missions:

a. hosting a vocational education towards the education

best high in Sumatra;

b. generate a competent, character,

saing, entrepreneurial, and insightful

environment;

c. carrying out research in the framework of development

science and technology as well as disseminate

research results;

d. carrying out engagement to the community through

utilization of science and technology for

supporting the improvement of the quality of life; and

Article 29

Susunan Polbeng Organization

Paragraf 1

General

Article 30

The Polbeng Organ consists of:

a. Director;

b. Senate;

c. Supervising Unit; and

d. Board Of Consideration.

Paragraph 2

Director

Article 31

The Director as referred to in Article 30 of the letter a

as the education management organ at Polbeng consists of:

a. Director and Deputy Director;

b. Section;

c. Majors;

d. Center; and

e. Technical Managing Unit.

Article 32

(1) The Director as referred to in Article 31 of the letter a

runs the management function of the Polbeng for and above

the name of the Minister.

(2) To perform functions as referred to

paragraph (1), the Director has the task and authority:

a. Compiling a statute and its changes to

proposed to the Minister;

Article 33

(1) Susunan organization, duty, and organization unit functions in

Director

Article 43

(1) The Director is a lecturer of civil servants who

(3) The Director as referred to in paragraph (1) is appointed

and dismissed by the Minister.

Article 44

The appointment of the Director as referred to in Article

Article 70

The status as a Polbeng student is declared expired

if:

a. has completed the education program;

b. resign on your own request;

c. does not meet the academic requirements that have been

specified by the Director;

d. crossing the defined time limit for

completing the education program in accordance with

the provisions of the negotiations rules;

e. evidently involved in criminal offenses

Article 71

(1) Polbeng carries out personal development efforts,

insights, and the creativity of students through activities

extracurriculars.

are set up in the Director Rule.

Article 72

(1) Students may form a student organization.

(2) The student association of student as referred to in

paragraph (1) is set up to carry out the upgrade

the kerohanian, leadership, reasoning, interest, talent,

passions, and entrepreneurial.

(3) Further provisions about the organization

associate students as referred to in paragraph (1)

are set up in the Director's Regulations.

Article 73

(1) Alumni is someone who has completed

education and graduated in Polbeng.

(2) Alumni can form an alumni organization that

aims to foster relationships with Polbeng,

the scientific community, and the working world.

(3) The Polbeng alumni organization is set in the base budget

and the Polbeng alumni organization's household budget.

Seventh Section

Sarana and Prasarana

Article 74

(1) Sarana and Polbeng infrastructure are all

main facilities and support hosting

tridharma college.

(2) the controlled Sarana and prasarana Polbeng is

state property that is under the supervision

and the responsibility of the Director.

(3) Polbeng campus residents can utilize the facilities

which is available responsively with

following terms and regulations regarding

utilization of the infrastructure and the means of Polbeng.

(4) The use of the means and the shaped infrastructure

source learning is preferred and optimized for

providing services to students and lecturers

in support of the tridharma implementation.

(5) Sarana and prasarana as referred to in paragraph

(1) are managed and utilized in accordance with the provisions

laws.

Article 75

Any member of the academic sivity and education workforce

has an obligation to maintain and use

the means and the infrastructure responsively,

the day-dayaguna, and the useful purpose.

Eighth section

Budget management

section 76

(1) Budget management includes planning,

execution, accountability, and reporting.

(2) The revenue budget plan and the Polbeng shopping

compiled by Director based on activities plan from

each the unit and is proposed to the Minister in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

(3) The implementation of the budget is done according to the directions

operating income budget and Polbeng shopping.

(4) The implementation of the budget as referred to in paragraph

(3) is done by applying the principle accountability,

scale of priority, efficiency, and effectiveness.

(5) Accountability and financial reporting

is implemented in accordance with regulatory provisions

laws.

(6) Budget management liability report

Polbeng is recreated by the Surveillance Unit pursuant to

the provisions of the laws.

Same Work

Article 77

(1) To improve the quality of tridharma activities

colleges, Polbeng established academic cooperation

and non-academic with college and/or

the other party, both at home and abroad.

(2) Work as referred to in paragraph (1)

expand the partnership, equality, mutually

benefit, and contribute to

the public.

(3) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1)

is done based on principle:

a. Prioration of development interests

national;

b. appreciate quality equality;

c. respect each other;

d. generate an increase in education quality;

e. continuous; and

f. consider the diversity of cultures that

cross regions, national, and/or

international.

Article 78

(1) Academic cooperation as referred to in

Article 77 paragraph (1) may be in shape:

a. education, research, and devotion to

society;

b. twin programs;

c. diversion and/or credit acquisition;

d. senior lecturer assignment as a tamper on

the college that requires coaching;

e. exchange of lecturers and/or students;

f. utilization with various resources;

g. The handler;

h. scientific periodical publishing;

i. host a joint seminar; and/or

j. other forms deemed necessary.

(2) Non-academic cooperation as referred to in

Section 77 paragraph (1) can be shaped:

a. an asset yaginization;

b. fundraising;

c. services and royalty of HKI; and/or

d. other forms deemed necessary.

(3) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1) and

paragraph (2) is implemented in accordance with the rules of

laws.

Article 79

(1) The cooperation may be initiated by the academic sivity and

unit in the Polbeng environment.

(2) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1)

is coordinated by the Director.

BAB V

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM

Article 80

(1) The Internal Polbeng Mutu System warranty system is

systemic activities of higher education quality licensing

by Polbeng autonously to control and

increasing the hosting of higher education

plans and continuous.

(2) The purpose of the Internal Polbeng Mutu Warranty System:

a. ensuring each academic service to

students are done in accordance with the standard

national higher education;

b. embodour of the education and accountability to

a society in particular the parent/guardian student

regarding the holding of education appropriate

with the national standards of higher education; and

c. push all parties/units in Polbeng for

e. participative and collegial;

f. the uniformity of the method; and

g. innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

(4) The scope of the Internal Polbeng Mutu Warranty System

consists of:

a. the development of quality standards and audits in the fields

education;

b. the development of quality standards and audits in the fields

research;

c. the development of quality standards and audits in the fields

devotion to the community; and

d. the development of quality standards and audits in the field

the student body.

(5) Further provisions on the Warranty System

Section 81

(1) To ensure the quality of the hosting education

perform accreditation.

(2) Accreditation is exercised to determine the eligibility

program of study and/or institution.

BAB VI

FORM AND LAYOUT RULES FORMATION

Article 82

(1) The shape and hierarchy of regulations in the Polbeng environment

as follows:

a. The rules of the negotiations;

b. Senate rules;

d. decision of the Director.

BAB VII

FUNDING AND WEALTH

Article 83
