SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND
HIGHER EDUCATION ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY STATUTE
GENERAL SUDIRMAN.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:
1. General Sudirman University, which is later called
UNSOED is a public college that
organizes academic education programs,
vrelocate, and professions in a number of disciplines
knowledge, technology, art, and sport in accordance with
the provisions of the laws.
2. The UNSOED Statute
is the basic regulation of UNSOED management that

Article 2
(1) UNSOED is a public college in

BAB III
HOSTING OF THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA
Part Kesatu
Education
Article 13
(1) UNSOED organizes academic education,
vocational education, and/or profession education.
(2) The degree of academic education as
referred to in paragraph (1) includes undergraduate programs, programs
masters, and doctoral programs.
(3) vocational education. as referred to in paragraph (1)
is the higher education of the diploma program

Article 15
(1) The academic year begins on September 1 and
ends on August 31 of the following year.

Article 16
(1) Curriculum is a set of plans and

as the guidelines for the program of the study.
(2) Curriculum must be developed or reviewed
periodical, comprehensive, and customized to
the development of scientific and user needs, both
at the national and global level.

Article 17
(1) Assessment of activities and advancement of study results
Students are conducted continuously in
form of exams, execution of tasks, and the form of judgment

Article 18
(1) Students are declared a pass on a window

Article 19
(1) Student acceptance is conducted through selection

(2) The UNSOED may receive a transfer student who
is from another public college and Student

(3) New Student Acceptance is conducted with no
differentiating gender, religion, tribe, race, region,
social status, and economic capability level.
(4) UNSOED received Student Persons with disabilities

(5) A foreign citizen may be a UNSOED Student
if qualified and in accordance with the provisions
laws.

Article 20
(1) The Indonesian language is used as an introductory language
in the staging of the college tridharma.
(2) regional and/or foreign languages may be used
as the language of instruction in UNSOED.
Second Quarter
Research
Article 21
(1) The research activities at UNSOED are activities
integrated to improve educational activities and
devotion to the community.
(2) UNSOED-hosted research activities
includes basic research, applied research, research
innovation, and development research, as well as other types
research.

(3) The research must be performed by Lecturer and/or
Students, both groups and individuals accordingly
with scientific and ethical rules of scholarship.
(4) Research as referred to the paragraph (1) is done
by referring to the National Standards of Education

(6) Research may be held through cooperation between
colleges and/or other institutions.
(7) The research as referred to in paragraph (5) must
get the Rector's approval.
(8) The Hosting The research is conducted,

(9) Further provisions of the staging
research is set up with the Rector Ordinance after

Third Section
Engagement to the Society
Article 22
(1) Engagement to society is conducted in order
utilization, assistance, and development of science
knowledge, technology, art, and exercise for
community interest.
(2) Engagement to the public can be held
through intercollegiate cooperation and/or
other institutions.
(3) Engagement to the community as intended
in paragraph (1) executed by Dosen and/or
Students as well as may involve the Education Power.
(4) Engagement to the public as intended
on the paragraph (1) is done by referring to the Standard
National Higher Education.

(5) Engagement to the public must refer to
the strategic plan of devotion to the community
UNSOED.
(6) Engagement to the public can be held
through intercollegiate cooperation and/or
other institutions.
(7) Engagement to the community as intended
on paragraph (6) must get Rector's approval.
(8) Your devotion to the community
is implemented, coordinated, monitored, and evaluated
by the Institute for Research and Engagement to
The Society.
(9) Further provisions of devotion to
society are governed by the Rector Ordinance after
receiving Senate consideration in accordance with the provisions
laws.
Fourth section
Academic Freedom, Academic Mimbar, and
Autonomous Autonomous Region
Article 23
(1) UNSOED upholds academic freedom,
freedom of academic mimbar, and autonomy scientific.
(2) Academic freedom is the freedom of the Sivitas
Academics to crave and develop science
knowledge and technology responsively
through the implementation of the college tridharma.
(3) Academic pulpit freedom is the authority
owned by the professor and/or Dosen that has

freedom of academic mimbar, and scholarship autonomy
is set up with the Rector Ordinance upon receiving
Senate consideration in accordance with the provisions of the laws

Academic Code of Conduct and Ethics
Article 24
(1) In the holding of a college tridharma at
UNSOED applies code of ethics and academic ethics.
(2) Code of conduct as referred to paragraph (1)

for Dosen, Students, and Educational Workforce.
(4) The academic ethics as referred to in paragraph (1)

Title and Award
Article 25
(1) UNSOED provides the title, diploma, academic transcript,

(2) Granting degrees, diplomas, academic transcripts, letters
certificate of diploma companion, and/or certificate
competence as referred to in paragraph (1)
executed in accordance with the provisions of the rules

Article 26
(1) UNSOED may provide an award to
a person, group, or agency that has
outstanding achievements in the field of science, technology,
and art and/or are credited with UNSOED and
society.
(2) Further provisions regarding the criteria and procedures
awarding the award as referred to in paragraph
(1) are further set up with the Rector Ordinance in accordance
with the provisions of the laws.
Article 27
(1) UNSOED can provide honorary doctorates
(honoris causa) to a person who has
outstanding achievements in the field of science and/or
technology.
(2) the granting of honorary doctorates as
referred to paragraph (1) is done in accordance with
the provisions of the laws.

Article 35
The Board of Trusts as referred to in Article 32 of the letter

Article 36
(1) The Senate as referred to in Article 32 of the letter c
is an organ that exercises the function of designation and
consideration of the implementation of academic policy.

academic;
b. supervision of:

g. released from the duties of the Dosen office;
h. undergo a learning task or a learning permit of more than 6
(six) months that leave the tridharma task

i. leave of absence outside the country's dependents.
(4) A fixed impediation as referred to in paragraph (3)
letter b includes:
a. dead of the world;

Article 63

BAB VII
LECTURER AND EDUCATION WORKFORCE
Section 81
(1) The UNSOED Lecturer consists of:
a. The lecturer is fixed; and
b. Lecturer is not fixed.

is a full-time working Dosen that
is status as a UNSOED fixed Dosen.
(3) Dosen does not remain as referred to in paragraph (1)

Article 83
(1) A professor who has entered the full term

on paragraph (1) is performed in accordance with the provisions

Article 84
(1) The educational workforce is an employee who

j. maintaining the confusion and peace for
embodour social harmony;
k. loving and preserving the environment;
l. maintaining and maintaining the means and amenities,
hygiene, security, and order to
support the form of process activity atmosphere

(1) To carry out student activities can

(4) The relationship between UNSOED and Alumni is organized

MEANS AND PRASARANA
Section 88
(1) Sarana and the UNSOED infrastructure are the facilities

Section 90

a. education hosting fee;
b. College entrance exam selection fee;

e. Asset utilization results;
f. service results; and
g. A donation.
(3) Further provisions regarding funding sources
as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed with
The Rector Rules in accordance with the provisions of the rules

Article 97
(1) The UNSOED wealth consists of:
a. non-moving objects sourced from the budget
state revenue and shopping, budget
area revenue and shopping, and are derived from
other legitimate acquisitions in accordance with the provisions
the laws of the negotiations;
b. movable objects; and
c. intellectual property that proved legitimate as belonging
UNSOED.
(2) Intellectual Property as referred to in paragraph (1)
the letter c consists of patents, copyrights, and wealth
other intellectuals, both wholly owned and partly
by UNSOED.
(3) The wealth of UNSOED is managed by the Rector in accordance with
the provisions of the laws.
(4) The management of wealth as referred to in paragraph
(3) is performed with effective, efficient,
principles of transparency, and accountable.
(5) UNSOED wealth is used directly or not
directly for:

b. Another valid use.
(6) Other authorized use referred to
paragraph (5) letter b should not be contrary to the vision and
UNSOED mission.
(7) The Rector may bestow the management authority

the working unit leader in accordance with the field of duty in
the UNSOED environment.
(8) UNSOED wealth as referred to in paragraph (1)
cannot be transfered to other parties.
BAB XV
LAIN-OTHER provisions
Article 98
(1) The change of the Statute may be done to adjust
the development needs of educational hosting,
research, community devotion, and/or
development of UNSOED.
(2) The change of the Statute as referred to in paragraph (1)
is done in a meeting attended by a representative of
the UNSOED organ.
(3) The deputy organ as referred to in paragraph (2) consists of

a. 12 (twelve) a representative of the Senate organs;
b. 7 (seven) a representative of the Rector's organs;
c. 1 (one) of the Internal Monitoring Unit (one) of the Oversight Unit Units
