BAB III

HOSTING OF THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA

Part Kesatu

Education

Article 13

(1) UNSOED organizes academic education,

vocational education, and/or profession education.

(2) The degree of academic education as

referred to in paragraph (1) includes undergraduate programs, programs

masters, and doctoral programs.

is the higher education of the diploma program

Article 17

(1) Assessment of activities and advancement of study results

Students are conducted continuously in

form of exams, execution of tasks, and the form of judgment

Article 21

(1) The research activities at UNSOED are activities

integrated to improve educational activities and

devotion to the community.

(3) Engagement to the community as intended

in paragraph (1) executed by Dosen and/or

LECTURER AND EDUCATION WORKFORCE

Section 81

(1) The UNSOED Lecturer consists of:

Article 86

(1) To carry out student activities can

set up a student organization at the UNSOED level

and faculty.

(2) the UNSOED student organization was the vehicle

expansion and increase of the cenacdeacon as well as

personality integrity to achieve the goals

UNSOED education.

(3) Students can form a student-student organization

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rules-

the invitation.

(4) Further provisions on activities and organizations

UNSOED ' s efficacy is set up with the Regulation

Rector.

Article 87

(1) Alumni is someone who has been declared

passed the education of the UNSOED.

(2) Alumni are in charge of maintaining a good name

UNSOED and actively play a role and in advancing

UNSOED.

(3) UNSOED ' s Alumni can form an Alumni organization

named UNSOED Alumni Family.

(4) The relationship between UNSOED and Alumni is organized

based on asas mutual respect, partnership, and

kinspeople.

(5) Further provisions on Alumni are set up with

Rector Ordinance.

BAB IX

MEANS AND PRASARANA

Section 88

(1) Sarana and the UNSOED infrastructure are the facilities

(3) Financial management is exercised efficiently,

effective, transparent, and accountable.

(4) Mechanism and Usage Mechanism.

BAB XI

COOPERATION

Section 90

(1) To improve the performing quality of activities

BAB XIV

FUNDING AND WEALTH

Article 96

(1) UNSOED funding sources may be obtained from:

a. government;

b. society; and

c. Other sources are valid and non-binding.

(2) The funds obtained from masyakat as

are referred to in paragraph (1) letter b may be derived from:

a. education hosting fee;

b. College entrance exam selection fee;

c. results contract cooperation;

d. the sales results of the college products;

e. Asset utilization results;

f. service results; and

g. A donation.

(3) Further provisions regarding funding sources

as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed with

The Rector Rules in accordance with the provisions of the rules

laws.

Article 97

(1) The UNSOED wealth consists of:

a. non-moving objects sourced from the budget

state revenue and shopping, budget

area revenue and shopping, and are derived from

other legitimate acquisitions in accordance with the provisions

the laws of the negotiations;

b. movable objects; and

c. intellectual property that proved legitimate as belonging

UNSOED.

(2) Intellectual Property as referred to in paragraph (1)

the letter c consists of patents, copyrights, and wealth

other intellectuals, both wholly owned and partly

by UNSOED.

(3) The wealth of UNSOED is managed by the Rector in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

(4) The management of wealth as referred to in paragraph

(3) is performed with effective, efficient,

principles of transparency, and accountable.

(5) UNSOED wealth is used directly or not

directly for:

a. host of the college tridharma activities

UNSOED; and

b. Another valid use.

(6) Other authorized use referred to

paragraph (5) letter b should not be contrary to the vision and

UNSOED mission.

(7) The Rector may bestow the management authority

UNSOED wealth referred to paragraph (3) to

the working unit leader in accordance with the field of duty in

the UNSOED environment.

(8) UNSOED wealth as referred to in paragraph (1)

cannot be transfered to other parties.

BAB XV

LAIN-OTHER provisions

Article 98

(1) The change of the Statute may be done to adjust

the development needs of educational hosting,

research, community devotion, and/or

development of UNSOED.

(2) The change of the Statute as referred to in paragraph (1)

is done in a meeting attended by a representative of

the UNSOED organ.

(3) The deputy organ as referred to in paragraph (2) consists of

top:

a. 12 (twelve) a representative of the Senate organs;

b. 7 (seven) a representative of the Rector's organs;

c. 1 (one) of the Internal Monitoring Unit (one) of the Oversight Unit Units

Internal; and

d. 1 (one) Vice-organ of the Board of Fortrustees.

(4) Statutes change decision is based

at the deliberations for the mufakat.

(5) In terms of deliberations for the mufakat as

referred to the verse (4) is not Achieved, done

BAB XVI

Article 99

(1) At the time the Regulation of the Minister comes into effect:
