DRAW: A. that to implement the provisions of Article 9

b. that imposition of the Earth Gas Jual Price minimum cost

is not in compliance with the development of purchasing power

Section I

Terms in the Regulation of the Oil Lower Governing Body and

Earth Gas Number 22 /P/BPH MIGAS/VII/2011 on

The Earth Gas Price Redemption for Household and

Small Customer edited as follows:

Terms of paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) Section 8 is changed,

so that Article 8 reads as follows:

Section 8

(1) Bumiwork of the RT-1 and RT-2 Gas.

as defined in Section 6 is set to be most

many 50 (fifty) cubic meters per month;

(2) Usage above 50 (50) cubic meters per month

charges the most average cost of 20% (twenty

percent) of the Earth Gas Price for the RT-1 and RT-2; and

(3) The introduction of minimum cost for RT-1 and RT-2

set to be 4 (four) mestrongest per month.

Article II

The Regulation of the Governing Body entered into effect on the date

promulgled.
