CHANGES TO THE RULES OF RELIGION MINISTER NUMBER 7 IN 2012

ABOUT THE CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA

MINISTER OF RELIGIOUS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a. that in order to increase effectiveness

the hosting of Christian Religious Education, necessary

changed the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 7 of the Year

2012 on Religious Education of Christianity;

b. that based on consideration as

referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Regulation

Minister of Religious Affairs on the Change in Regulation

Minister of Religious Number 7 of 2012 on Education

Christian religious;

Establict: RULE OF RELIGIOUS MINISTER ABOUT THE CHANGE OVER

THE RULE OF RELIGION MINISTER NUMBER 7 IN 2012

ABOUT THE CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS EDUCATION.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 7

In 2012 on Christian Religious Education (News

State of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 547) were changed

as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 1 plus 8 (eight) of the number, i.e.

number 4 to the number 11, so that Article 1

reads as follows:

Article 1

In this Ministerial Regulation is referred to:

1. Christian Religious Education is education

preparing students to be able to

knowledge of the teachings of Christianity

and/or become a Christian religious science expert and

enlarge the teachings of Christianity.

2. Formal Christian Religious Education is

a Christian religious education that

primary and secondary education.

3. Nonformal Christian Religious Education is

a Christian religious education outside of education

formal organised by the public,

church, group, or individual.

4. The next Christian Theological Elementary School

abbreviated as SDTK is the formal education unit

The Christian religious equivalent of the School

Dasar/SD and/or an equal that

integrates education subjects common

with religious education subjects

Kristen.

5. The First High School of Christian Theology that

subsequently abbreviated SMPTK is the unit

The formal education of Christian Religious Religions is equivalent to

Pertama/junior high school and/or the

6. The next Christian School of Theology

abbreviated SMTK is the formal education unit

8. The National Standards of Education are the minimum criteria

about the education system across the region

9. An educator is a person who has qualifications

as a teacher, lecturer, counselor, pamong study,

other designations in accordance with their speciality,

as well as participating in the event

education.

10. An educational workforce is a member of the society

to support the education.

11. Interest is a decision that is performed

12. The curriculum is a set of plans and

against the various educational components as

the form of responsible for the implementation of

education.

14. Accreditation is a eligibility assessment activity

program and/or educational unit based on

the criteria set.

15. The National Standards Board of Education

subsequently called BSNP is an independent body and

independent tasked with developing,

monitoring, and controlling the national standard

education.

16. The Minister is the minister who organizes

the affairs of government in the field of religion.

17. The Director-General is the Director-General

2. The provisions of Article 7 of the paragraph (1) are changed and the paragraph (2) is removed,

so that Article 7 reads as follows:

Article 7

(1) SDTK Curriculum, SMPTK, and SMTK, consists of

the general education curriculum and curriculum

3. The provisions of Section 8 of the paragraph (1) to the paragraph (3)

b. Citizenship education;

c. English:

d. Mathematics;

e. Natural Science;

f. Social Science;

g. Arts and Culture;

h. Physical Education and Exercise;

i. Skills/Scrib;

j. Biblical knowledge; and

k. Christian Character Education.

(2) Curriculum on SMPTK consists of:

a. Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti;

b. Citizenship education;

c. English:

d. English;

e. Mathematics;

f. Natural science;

g. Social sciences;

h. Arts and Culture;

i. Physical Education and Exercise;

j. Skills/Scrib;

k. Biblical knowledge;

l. Christian Character Education; and

m. History of the Church/Holy.

(3) Curriculum on SMTK consists of:

a. Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti;

b. Pancasila Education and Citizenship;

c. English:

d. Mathematics;

e. English;

f. Natural Science;

g. Social Science;

h. Arts and Culture;

i. Physical Education and Exercise,;

j. Praariah and entrepreneurship;

k. Biblical knowledge;

l. Christian ethics;

m. History of the Church/Suci;

n. Dogmatika;

o. Hermeneutics; and

p. Misiology.

(4) Remoted.

(5) The curriculum of the Curriculum Lessons in SDTK,

SMPTK, and SMTK as referred to

paragraph (1) to the verse (3) is set by

Director General.

4. Between Section 8 and Section 9 is inserted 1 (one) of the new Article

Article 8A, which reads as follows:

Section 8A

(1) The Curriculum on SMAK is composed of charge:

a. General Education;

b. Christian Religious Education; and

c. Education Lending.

(2) The General Education Center as referred to

in paragraph (1) the letter a consists of:

a. Pancasila Education and Citizenship;

b. English:

c. English;

d. Mathematics;

e. History of Indonesia;

f. Arts and Culture;

g. Physical and Exercising Education; and

h. Skills/entrepreneurship.

(3) Public education incisions as referred to

in paragraph (2) may be organized in 1 (one)

or more subjects according to the needs

education unit and education program.

(4) Muatan Christian Religious Education

as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b contains

of 3 (three) subjects, that is:

a. Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti;

b. Biblical knowledge; and

c. Christian ethics.

(5) Lending Education as

referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c consists of:

a. Group of Lending Subjects

Mathematics and Natural Sciences, covering:

1. Mathematics;

2. Biology;

3. Physics; and

4. Chemistry.

b. Social Science

Social-class subjects, including:

1. Geography;

2. History;

3. Sociology; and

4. Economics.

c. Group of Science Enthusiasts of Science

Language and Culture, covering:

1. Indonesian Language and Literature;

2. English Language and Literature;

3. Other Foreign Languages (Mandarin, Japanese,

Korea, Germany, France); and

4. Anthropology.

(6) The Curriculum Structure of Lessons in SMAK

as referred to in paragraph (2) to the

paragraph (4) is set by the Director-General.

5. Between the Third and Fourth Parts are inserted 2

(two) the new Section A Section of the Year and Section

The number 2 (two) of the new section, Section 9A

and Section 9B, thus reads as follows:

Third section

Graduate competency standards

section 9A

(1) The standard graduate competency is a criterion

regarding qualifications of graduate ability that

includes attitudes, knowledge, and skills.

(2) The standard competency of graduates as

referred to paragraph (1) is used as reference

main development of content standards, process standards,

educational assessment standards, education standards

and educational power, means standards and

infrastructure, standard management, and standard

financing.

(3) Standard Competency Graduates as

referred to paragraph (1) in SDTK/ SMPTK/

SMTK/SMAK formulated by dimension

attitudes, knowledge, and skills.

(4) Further provisions of the Standard

Graduate competence as referred to

paragraph (4) is set by the Director-General.

Third Section

Core competency

Section 9B

(1) Core competencies are translation or

operationalization of the Graduate Competency Standard in

a form of quality that they must have

has completed education in the unit

certain education or educational level

in particular.

(2) Core Competencies as referred to in paragraph

(1) must describe a balanced quality

between the attainment of hard skills and soft skills.

(3) The core competency as referred to in the paragraph

(1) serves as the organization of the organization

(element element) basic competency.

(4) The core competencies referred to in paragraph

(1) on SDTK/SMPTK/SMTK/SMAK are designed

in four groups that are mutually associated that is

with regard to:

a. Religious attitudes (core competencies 1);

b. social attitudes (core competencies 2);

c. knowledge (core competency 3); and

d. application of knowledge (core competency 4).

(5) Further provisions of the Core Competency

as referred to in paragraph (4) are specified

by the Director General.

6. The provisions of Article 17 of the paragraph (5) are amended, so that Article 17

reads as follows:

Article 17

(1) The assessment of the Christian Religious Education is conducted

by educators, education units, and Government.

(2) The assessment by educators as referred to

paragraph (1) is conducted in a continuous continuity that

aims to monitor the process and progress

study of the learnant.

(3) Assessment by the unit of education as

referred to in paragraph (1) is performed to assess

the achievement of the participant's competency Protege on all

subjects.

(4) The assessment by the Government as intended

in paragraph (1) is performed in the form of a test

national.

(5) The provisions regarding the execution of the national exam

are set by the Director General after

coordinate with BSNP.

7. Between Article 17 and Section 18 is inserted 1 (one) of the Article,

that is Article 17A with 2 (two) verses, so that Article 17A

reads as follows:

Article 17A

(1) General subjects in national examinations

as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (4)

follows the subjects on the national exam which

is exercised by the Ministry of Education and

Culture.

(2) The religious subjects in the national exam

as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (4)

set forth by the Director General after

coordinate with BSNP.

The Regulation of the Minister is in effect on the date

promulred.
