The potential of search and Rescue is a human resources and infrastructure, information and technology, as well as animals, in addition to the national search and Rescue Agency that can be utilized to support the activities of the Organization of the search and Rescue Operation. 10. Background Indonesia located in between three (3) active earth plate cause frequent disasters such as volcanoes, earthquakes, landslides and tsunamis. Indonesia even dubbed the ring of fire because of the many volcanoes that circle the region of Indonesia. Associated with the zone of large plate-plate penunjaman, Indonesia has 500 volcanoes of lebiih with 129 of them active. Mountain-active volcano which spread across the island of Sumatra, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, North Sulawesi, and Maluku islands is about 13% of the world's active volcanoes spread. Volcanic eruptions can cause loss of life and property are great to thousands of kilometres away and can even influence the climate of the Earth is round. Assistant Logistics Assistant Logistics Officer is appointed who has qualifications and competence in the field of infrastructure and facilities to support the execution of the search and Rescue Operation. Logistics Assistant has tasks: 1) facilitates the provision of facilities and infrastructure in support of the implementation of the search and Rescue Operations; 2) examined the data and materials collected for the performance evaluation of the search and Rescue Mission Coordinator; 3) doing studies on the needs of the logistics to support the Organization of search-and-Rescue Operations; 4) provide technical advice in the field of logistics to the search and Rescue Mission Coordinator; and 5) carry out coordination and cooperation with Assistant Coordinators searches and other Aid. www.peraturan.go.id 2017, no. 529-18-3. Staff Intelligence Staff Officer of the Office of intelligence is a search-and-Rescue Operations planner who have overseas search-and-Rescue and/or experience in the collection and analysis of data and information for the process of the execution of the search and Rescue Operation. Communications Staff Communications Staff is the clerk of the Office of search and Rescue who have qualifications Operators search and Rescue Communications and/or experience in the use and mastery of communication tools as well as electronics in search and Rescue activities.
