3. Search and Search Mission coordinators

In the holding of Search and Assistance Operations,

Search and Search Mission Coordinator is a Head of the Head

Help who has qualifications as a planner in

executing Search and Help (SAR Planner)

and/or experienced in the implementation of Operations

The Operations Staff has a task:

1) collect, verify, and analyze the entire

technical data related to the mountain disaster volcanoes;

2) prepares Search and Help planning for

Search for Search and Help Operations;

3) prepares and inventorizes the needs of the SDM,

Search and Help tools;

4) prepares and executionable briefings at execution

Operations Search and help in the directions

Mission Search and Help Coordinator;

5) prepares periodic handling evaluation materials/

periodic for the needs briefs;

6) create/plan (plotting) search area (Search

area);

7) provide operational technical advice to the Coordinator

Search and rescue mission in the estimated aspect

of the volcano Disaster location;

8) cooperate actively with the Mission Coordinator staff

b. Intelligence Staff

The Intelligence Staff is an officer of the Search Office and

Help who has the qualifications of the Operations planner

Search and rescue and/or experienced in

data collection and analysis and information for the process

implementation of Search and Help Operations.

The Intelligence Staff has a task:

1) search, collect, verify, and process

data/information related to the volcano Disaster,

to support the implementation of the Search Operations and

Help and PR activities;

2) constantly excavating or updating

data/volcano Disaster information;

3) provide advice to the Search Mission Coordinator and

Help in accordance with the development of information that

obtained;

4) cooperates with the Mission Coordinator Staff

Search and other assistance;

5) performs inventory and verification of all

information obtained by Search Mission coordinators

and Help; and

6) prepare the materials for Mission Coordinator report

Search and Help.

c. Communications staff

The communications staff is the officer of the Search Office

and the Help that has the Communication Operator's qualifications

Search and Help and/or experienced in

use and mastery communication tools as well as electronics

in Search and Help activities.

The Communications Staff has a task:

1) receive, record, verify, and distribute

all incoming news/information and exit related

with the volcano Disaster into the journal book;

2) open and Fill in file The appropriate disaster

with needs;

3) forwarded the news to the Search Mission Coordinator and

Help;

4) helps the Search and Search Mission Coordinator

communicate with the entire Search Unit and

Help deployed in the staging

The Administration Staff has a task:

1) carry out the Search administration activities and

1) analyze any information received to

support the logistics planning of Search Operations and

Help;

2) prepares logistical support planning in accordance with

the Search and Help Operations plan that has been

specified;

3) carrying out logistical needs support planning

Search and rescue operations;

4) provides advice to the Search Mission Coordinator and

Help related to the preparation of logistic needs

or the Search and Search infrastructure and the Help infrastructure;

5) coordinate actively with Mission Coordinator staff

6) prepare the materials for the final report

Implementation of the Search Operations and Help to

Search and Search Mission Coordinator.

f. PR Staff

Staff Humas are officers who have qualifications

and competences in the field of PR in Search activities

and Help.

The Humas staff has a task:

1) execute In-form

logging activities, collection, documentation storage

hosting Search and Help operations

audio, image and video;

2) provide the necessary materials Coordinator

Search and rescue mission in delivering

berita/information to the media/press as materials for

exposure to Search and Search Operations plans,

exposure to chronological reports, exposure to the results of Operation

Search and Help and other materials

required;

3) of the permission and knowledge of the Search Mission Coordinator

3) maintain and improve cooperation relations between

and Rescue and Posko Disaster Emergency Response;

5. Field Coordinator

Field coordinator is an official or staff officer

assigned by the Search and Search Mission Coordinator to

coordinate and control the Search Unit and

Help engaged in the implementation of the Search Operations and

Help.

Search and rescue officers designated as

Field coordinator can be held from the SAR Office or Potency

Search and help.

The Field Coordinator has a task:

a. carrying out Search and Help Operations based

plan of Search and Help Operations under co-ordination

b. conduct coordination, control and monitoring of any

movement of the Search and Help Units at the Disaster location

6. Search and rescue units

Search and rescue units are Search Officers

and trained and trained help, and equipped

The Search and Assistance Facilities are a means and

infrastructure as well as equipment operated in support

a. Provide medical equipment for the needs of Operations

Search and Help;

b. Conduct a check to Search Officer and

Help who will participate in Search Operations and

Help;

c. provide assistance to medical personnel in the field in

carrying out a medical action;

d. fill a medical alert journal, and report on standby activities

e. execute other directives from the leadership, related to

medical alert.

4. Documentation Alert

The documentation is standby for logging, recording,

5. Standby Rescue

Alert rescue is a search and help standby that

B. Alert status

other volcanism attributable to magma, tectonic activity and

hydrothermal. The action implemented by Basarnas at the time of the status

alert is as follows:

1. Basanas carry out regular standby for 24 (twenty-four) hours

continuously (as is done at the time

normal);

2. SAR Office,

a. Regular standby service;

b. receive and check reports on the occurrence of a Disaster

volcano;

c. conduct periodic communication and coordination with

an organization associated with increased mountain status

volcano, possibly affected area, lava flow forecast

cold up to a specific location;

d. the socialization of the evacuation; and

e. Tool checking and infrastructure for the implementation of Search

and Help.

C. Alert Status

Is a volcano condition that moves towards the eruption,

an intensive increase in seismic activity, all data shows that

activities soon continue into an eruption that can occur within 2

(two) week.

The action executed by Basarnas at the time of standby

is as follows:

1. Central Office:

a. carry out regular standby for 24 (twenty-four) hours

continuously (as to what is done at the time

normal);

b. forming the Search and Help Operations organization;

c. ensuring the SAR Office has activated the Operations organization

Search and Help;

d. ensuring the Search and Help Office has compiled

operations plan (RO), covering:

1) the determination of evacuation and search areas;

2) the allocation and deployment of the Search and Help assets;

3) the communication net;

4) establishing a rescue plan;

5) transport and casualty evacuation;

6) referral hospital designation;

7) briefs and debriefing.

e. through the working unit in the Operations and Exercise setting up the Team

Aconsistency.

a. carry out regular standby;

b. coordination with related agencies/organizations;

c. activating Search and Assistance Liaison Officer to

Posko Tconsider A volcano Disaster Emergency;

d. Search for Search and Help Unit readiness;

e. checking the readiness of the means, equipment and logistics for

supporting the implementation of the Search and Help Operations;

f. Build a Search and Help Operation Plan;

g. perform briefs to the Search and Help Unit;

h. move the affected community to a secure area accordingly

with a KRB map according to the conditions and characteristics of the mountain

fire in the region-masing;

i. Enable Operation

Search and Help development information (file active implementation of Operations

Search and Help); and

j. coordinate and organize the Search Potency and

Help that is incorporated in the Search Posko and

Help.

D. Status of caution

Implementation of search, rescue, rescue, and evacuation operations

victims at the volcano Disaster were executed on alert status.

Status of caution is immediate or moderate volcanic condition

erupting that starts with a burst of ash and smoke, an eruption of chance

occurs within 24 (twenty-four) hours. The action

f. carrying out evacuation;

g. carry out help to the Disaster-affected Victims;

h. implement Search and Help Unit control in the area

Disaster impacts;

weather in assisting the implementation of the Search and Help Operations;

Help to assist in the implementation of the BBM for

the means that perform the Search and Help Operation;

j. PMI to prepare medical personnel as well as other means and medical equipment

;

k. RAPI/ORARI to set up an emergency radio station and prepare

personnel; and

l. Volunteers to assist with search, rescue and evacuation of citizens

communities affected by disaster and information systems
