SET: VILLAGE MINISTER REGULATION, AREA DEVELOPMENT

LEFT BEHIND, AND TRANSMIGRATION OF

CHANGES TO THE VILLAGE MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS,

REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS LEFT, AND

TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER 22 YEARS OF 2016 ABOUT

ESTABLISHING THE PRIORITY USE OF THE VILLAGE FUND

IN 2017.

Article I

Some provisions in the Minister of Village Regulation,

Development of the Living Area, and Transmigration Number

22 Year 2016 on Penetration Priority

The Village Fund of 2017 (State News The Republic of Indonesia

Number 1883), was changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Section 4 are amended, so it reads as

following:

Section 4

(1) Priority Use of the Village Fund to finance

program implementation and activities in the field

Village Development and Empowerment Society

Village.

(2) Prirority of the use of Village funds is preferred to

finance the implementation of programs and activities that

cross-field.

(3) Program and activities as referred to

paragraph (2) primarily fields of activities BUMVillage or

BUMVillage Shared, Bubble, Village seed product

or rural areas and sports means Village.

(4) Priority of the use of the Village funds as

referred to in paragraph (1), published to

the public by the Village Government in the public space

or the room accessible to the Village community.

2. The provisions of Section 9 are amended, so it reads as

following:

Article 9

The Fund's use priority mechanism

The village is part of the development planning

The village is not separated from the Development priorities

nationwide.

3. Between Section 17 and Section 18 is inserted 1 (one)

Article 17A which reads as follows:

Article 17A

If there is a higher rule that

encourages the change of the Government's Work Plan

Village, then it can be done with Musyawarah

Village.

Article II

The Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the date

promulred.
