Change Act No. 15 of 20 November 2006 on fisheries funding pot


§ 1

In Parliament Act no. 15 of 20 November 2006 on fisheries funding pot, as amended by Parliament Act no. 13 of 2 December 2009, is amended as follows:



First
§ 15 paragraph. 2 is as follows:
thereof. " 2. Grants for scrapping may not exceed 100% of the insured value, exclusive tools. "

Second In § 15, the following new paragraph. 3:
thereof. " 3. If the vessel is not insured, the vessel's value determined by an independent valuer appointed by the Ministry of Fisheries, Hunting and Agriculture. The applicant must bear the cost of such a valuation. "
PCS. 3 becomes paragraph. 4.


§ 2

Greenland Parliament Act comes into force on 1 January 2012.
