§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 8 of 19 May 2010 on the obligation to obtain certificates is amended as follows:

First § 1 reads as follows:
"§ 1. The Greenland Parliament Act applies to all public administration authorities and physical and legal persons in the recruitment and employment of persons in the exercise of their functions should have direct contact with children under 15 years and persons who, in the exercise of their functions move fast among children under 15, and is thus able to achieve direct contact with these children, see. § 3. "
second § 2 pcs. 1. 1st clause., Read:

"When a child certificate by this Act shall mean information from the Central Criminal Register, the request can be passed by the National Police for the purpose of recruitment or employment of persons in the exercise of their duties, must have a direct contact with children under 15 years, or in the exercise of their functions move fast among children under 15 years and is thus able to achieve direct contact with these children. "
third In § 3, paragraph. 1, the first part, after "teachers": ", librarians, museum staff".
Fourth In § 3, paragraph. 1 pt. 1, after "schools": "municipal libraries".
Fifth § 3 pieces. 1 pt. 2, reads as follows:

"2) The Government in its capacity as authority for hospitals, including the Queen Ingrid Hospital, the PA residential care, including disability institutions, museums and Nunatta Atuaqaateqarfia."
6th In § 3, after paragraph. 3, new subsection:

"Paragraph. 4. The municipal council shall in connection with the placement of children under 15 in regular foster care, emergency foster care, professional foster care and respite care to ensure that collected children's certificates for all persons over 15 years in nursing or respite the family household and similar in municipal and private day care, taking place in the keeper's home, including when moving. "
Subsection. 4-6 then becomes para. 5-7.

§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act shall enter into force on 1 August 2015 and apply to agreements on employment or employment relationships contracted from and including 1 August 2015.
Subsection. 2. § 1, no. 6, applies to foster care, as established by Greenland Parliament Act came into force. For care facilities established before the Greenland Parliament Act entered into force, § 1, no. 6, impact on the people who join the houshold after Greenland Parliament Act came into force.
