§ 1
In Greenland Parliament Act no. 5 of 8 June 2014 on employment agencies, etc., is amended as follows:

First § 10 shall read:

"§ 10. The Government may establish a nationwide job board for the registration and administration of employment and sectoral diversification.
Subsection. 2. The local authority must use the job portal to get an overview of vacancies in Greenland and disseminate positions to jobseekers.
Subsection. 3. The jobseeker must lay his CV on the job portal. The local council will provide guidance in the use of the job portal and putting jobseekers CV on job portal if the job itself is not capable of it.
Subsection. 4. The job-seekers must regularly update his resume on the job portal.
Subsection. 5. It is a condition for being considered as unemployed and available for work, that there is a nationwide resume on the job portal. ".

§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act shall enter into force on 15 July 2015.
