Change Act No. 1 of 31 May 2001 on a financial contribution to political work

§ 1
In Act No.. 1 of 31 May 2001 on a financial contribution to political work, as last amended by the Parliament Act no. 25 of 18 November 2010, is amended as follows:

First After § 3 added:

"§ 3a. A political party that does not at recent elections to Inatsisartut was established or achieved representation in Inatsisartut, but one or more members of Inatsisartut subsequently released to represent, are entitled to reimbursement for the party's political work in Inatsisartut. The subsidy amounts to 210,000 kr. Annually for each of the party's mandates.
Subsection. 2. Subsidies under paragraph. 1 comes in the year in which the party with their representation, as a proportion of the annual grant amount from the end of the month in which the party obtains representation.
Subsection. 3. A representative of the party received grants pursuant to § 4 as an independent before the release for representation, may not be the party mandate grants for the mandate in the period covered by the authorized representative subsidies according to § 4 to cover. Third § 5 is amended as follows:

"§ 5. Grants under §§ 2-4 given on application once a year, valid for six months periods 1 January to 30 June and 1 July to 31 December. December.

Fourth § 9 paragraph. 2, 3-4. section. replaced by the following:

"The grant for the first half paid after the Presidency of the Greenland Parliament has dealt with the grant application. The grant for the second half paid after the submission of audited accounts for the previous year, but not before 1 July. "
Fifth In § 9, after paragraph. 3 new subsection:

"Paragraph. 4. Inatsisartut can make or cause to be setoff against party grants under this Act for expenses incurred on behalf of the parties, federal candidates or individual members. "

§ 2
This Parliament Act shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.
