§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 10 of 19 May 2010 on vocational training and courses in vocational training is amended as follows:
1. In § 27 the following paragraph. 5:
thereof. " 5. The Greenland Government may lay down rules on examinations and tests, including among other things, provisions for assignments made, review, censorship, identification of examinees, public character and their weighting in the examination results, certificates, exam registration, requirements for participation in the exam, Withdrawal from examinations, exam scheduling , use of aids, re-examination, any re-examination, expulsion from the examination, complaint or deadlines for taking action. "
second § 42 shall read:

"§ 42. Branch School is the financial year. Trade schools must follow the then-current provisions for the Government of Greenland on budgetary, accounting and financial reporting.
Subsection. 2. Operating accounts must contain separate accounts for the use of budget appropriation.
Subsection. 3. Operating accounts must contain separate accounts for business school teaching, for other services, including separate accounts for each type of another company.
Subsection. 4. The Government may regulate the budgetary and accounting separation between school teaching and other activities.
Subsection. 5. Trade schools can within a Finance Act set amount transfer any surplus or deficit in the school operations for the next fiscal year.
Subsection. 6. Operating accounts are audited by the government of Greenland audit.
Subsection. 7. The Management Board shall, within one of Naalakkersuisut deadline set by the Supervisory Board approved the management accounts and related audit report for the Greenland Government for approval.
Subsection. 8. The Board shall from operating accounts presentation simultaneously publish profit and loss account. "
Third In § 44 the following paragraph. 3:

"Paragraph. 3. The Government may on the recommendation of an expert body approve internship companies in relation to education, which is not affiliated with a professional or trade school. "
Fourth In § 45 after "§ 44": "paragraph. 1 ".

§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act comes into force on 1 January 2013.
