Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Cultural Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Vietnam, which was signed in Athens on 9 June 2008, the text of which was in original form in Greek And English is as follows:

Ratification of the Cultural Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Article 2

The amendment provided for in Article 14 shall be subject to the same procedure as this Agreement enters into force.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Council, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 12 thereof.
