Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on military exercises And expediting and providing support for host countries, signed in London on 1 December 2009 and in Athens on 13 January 2010, the text of which in original English and translated into Greek Has as follows:

Article 2

The special Support Agreements between the participants for each individual exercise, provided for in this Memorandum of Understanding, are transferred to the Greek legal order in accordance with this procedure.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Official Journal of the Government and of the Memorandum of Understanding ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 19 (1) of this Regulation.
