Article 1

They are ratified and have the power set out in Article 28 (2). Article 2

1. The par. Article 2 of the Law Regulation (EEC) No 2863/2000 (').

2. The second subparagraph of paragraph 2. Point 6 of Article 5 of n. Regulation (EEC) No 2863/2000 (Part II) is replaced by the following:

' The ESP shall meet as soon as the President or the Vice-President or the Vice-President and four (4) members are held at the meeting, and shall decide by a majority. '

Article 3

The validity of this law shall be initiated by its publication in the Government of the Government of the Government and of the correction to be made by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in the current Member States.
