Article 1

Article 2

The Protocols drawn up by the Joint Committee referred to in Article 11 of the Agreement shall be adopted by means of an act by the Council of Ministers.

Article 3

After the provision of Article 2 of the Law. 4339/2015 the following article 2A as follows:

' Article 2A

1. The number of issued permits for the benefit of a digital terrestrial television broadcast based on the free-to-take national information programme of a general content is set at four (4) for high-definition transmission (high-definition television). (definition)

2. At the time of the first application, the procedure for granting the licences of the preceding paragraph shall be carried out by the Secretary of State responsible for the activities of the General Secretariat for the Media and Communication, the Who shall issue the contract notice, issue the licences and carry out all the activities referred to in Articles 3 to 15 of this Regulation. By decision of the same Minister, in particular, they are subject to application of these provisions and may be transferred to the General Secretariat of the Directorate-General for Information and Communication.

3. The starting point for the above-mentioned category of licences is determined by joint decision of the Minister of Finance and the Minister to whom the responsibilities of the General Secretariat for the Media and Communication are delegated. '

Article 15

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 17 thereof.
