Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Decision of the Board of Governors of the Bank for the Development and Development of a Black Sea Bank, which adopts a draft Council decision on the proposed amendments to the Agreement Establishing the Bank. Article 2

This law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the Government and of the adoption of the decision adopted by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in that provision.
