Article 1

Article 2 Extension of limitation periods

1. The period of limitation of the rights of the Court of Justice for the notification of control sheets or acts of taxation, fees or contributions ending on 31.12.2012 is hereby extended until 31.12.2013.

2. Up until 31.12.2013, the deadline for writing of all kinds of attestations to the Danish Economic Services (IAS) and the Customs debt cancellations over the years 2012 and 2013.

Article third Law of Investment Design

Investment projects subject to the provisions of Law 2601/1998 (A'81), 3299/2004 (2011) and 3908/2011 (A-8) as they apply, as well as to transgenerational laws concerning private investment aid, are governed, with regard to the application of the laws, In addition, the provisions in force at the time of the application, unless otherwise specified by specific provisions or transitional provisions.

Article 15

The validity of this law shall be initiated by its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and of the Government of the United Kingdom, which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 6 thereof.
