Article 1

The Committee of Ambassadors may, by a declaration to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, waive the requirement laid down for this position, as well as all related remuneration.
Article 3
The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Council, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 4 thereof.
