Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of Georgia on the modification of the Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of Georgia on the establishment Consular authorities (v. 3564/2007, A΄ 111), signed in Tbilisi on 21 June 2011, the text of which is authentic in Greek and English as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the First Chamber, which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 2 thereof.
