Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Forestry between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Turkish Republic of Turkey, signed in Athens on 14 May 2010, the text of which in its original version Greek and English are as follows:

Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding in the Forestry Sector between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Turkish Republic of Turkey

Article 2

The Joint Programme for the Cooperation Actions referred to in Article 2 of the Memo, to be drawn up by the Joint Committee referred to in Article 7 thereof, shall be adopted by a decision of the Ministers concerned on a case-by-case basis.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall be initiated by its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and of the Government of the United Kingdom, which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 11 thereof.
