Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic of Greece and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Union of Montenegro to accelerate the accession of Montenegro to the European Union On 29 June 2011, the text of which was signed in Budva on 29 June 2011, the text of which is reproduced in English as follows:
