Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding which was written in Athens on 14 May 2010 between the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Climate Change of the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Ki; Government of the Republic of Turkey for Cooperation in the field of Energy whose text in English and translation into the English language is as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Government and of the Mnemon which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 6 thereof.
