Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement on RACVIAC-Security Cooperation Centre, signed at Budva, Montenegro, on 14 April 2010, the text of which in original in English and translated into Greek is as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 27 (4) thereof.
