The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the Protocol on the Irish people's hopes of the Treaty of Lisbon

Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol on the hopes of the Irish people, as regards the Treaty of Lisbon, signed in Brussels on 13 June 2012, the text of which is authentic in the Greek language as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start by its publication in the Official Journal of the Government and of the Protocol ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 4 thereof.
