They are ratified and have the power set out in Article 28 (2). 1 of the Constitution, the Framework Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Korea, of the other part, the Joint Declaration and the Single European Declaration, signed in Brussels on 10 May. 2010, of which the original text in the Greek language is as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Framework Agreement after the Treaties have been ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions of Article 49 of the Agreement.
