Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic of Greece and the Swedish Armed Forces, with the financing of the Government of Sweden, signed on 20 September 2006 by the authorised authorities On behalf of the Government of Sweden and 6 October 2006 by the authorised representative of the Hellenic Republic, the text of which, in the English language and translation in the Greek language, reads as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall be initiated by its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Bonn Agreement, ratified, provisionally from the last signature and definitively, in accordance with the constitutional procedures.
