Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol between the Ministry of Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria on Cooperation in the field of the Military Senate, signed at Sofia on 26 November 2009 by the authorised representatives of the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Bulgaria, the text of which in two originals, in Greek and English, reads as follows:

The following draft law was adopted by the House of Parliament:

Ratification of the Protocol between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria for Cooperation in the Field of Military Geography

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Cooperation Initiative ratified, provisionally by its signature, and definitively in accordance with the constitutional procedures.
