Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution the "Convention of the Council of Europe for Action against the Republic of People", signed in Warsaw on 16 May 2005, the text of which, in English and in a post-phrase in Greek, is as follows:
