Between, as the first, the European Union and its Member States, as a second, of the Republic of Ireland, and, as a third, of the Kingdom of the Republic of Cyprus for the implementation of the Air Transport Agreement between, as the first, of United States of America, as a second, of the European Union and its Member States, as a third party, Iceland and, as a fourth, of the Kingdom of Norway, signed in Luxembourg and Oslo on 16; and 21 June 2011 respectively, the texts of which are authentic in the Greek language as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start by its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Council, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 6 of the Air Transport Agreement and 9 of the Agreement.
