Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution the Agreement amending for the second time the Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States, of the one part, and the European Community, of the one part, and its members, of the other part Done at Cotonou on 23 June 2000 (n. ), as amended for the first time in Luxembourg on 25 June 2005 (n). Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3628/2007, AA293), together with the Protocols, Protocols and the Final Act, signed by the country in Brussels on 14 July 2010, the text of which is as follows in the Greek language:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement on Amendment No 1 to the Final Act, after the fulfilment of the conditions of Article 93 (3) of the original Agreement, as Modified for the first time.
