Article 1

Article 2 Matching of matters of non-service

Loans-Amending provisions of n. 4354/2015 (1 176) and the n. 4307/2014 (1 246)

1. The first subparagraph of paragraph 1. 9 of Article 3 of the first chapter of the law. 4354/2015 (Ad 176), as amended by: Point 3 of the fourth article. 4366/2016 (18) and Article 2 of the Law. 4371/2016 (040), amended as follows: ' The application of the provisions of this Article shall be raised in relation to consumer credit agreements, contracts with a mortgage or a reduction in the first domicile and loans and loans. Credit to small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined in Recommendation 2003 /361/EC of the European Commission of 6 May 2003 (Official Journal L124/20.5.2003), as well as loans with guarantees from the Greek Divine, by 15 May 2003 2016. 2. In paragraph c (c) of par. 2 of Article 60 of the Law of n. 4307/2014 (A-246), as amended by Article 10 of the Law 4374/2016 (A'50), the words "for the most up to 3 May 2016" shall be replaced by the words "no later than 30 June 2016".

Article 3 Setting-up of public procurement contracts;

Amendment of the provisions of n. 4281/2014 (1 160)

The par. Article 201 of the EC Treaty 4281/2014 (A-160), amended by Article 93 of the EC Treaty. 4368/2016 (Α-21), amended as follows:

' 1. The provisions of this Part II shall apply from 1 June 2016, unless otherwise specified in the provisions of this paragraph. '

Article 15

The first paragraph of first par. Article 6 of the Law Regulation (EEC) No 1104/1980, as applicable, shall be replaced by the following:

' Article 6

1. The secondment of the regular staff of the public services, NCI, the competent authorities of the first and second points, and the bodies of the public sector, as laid down in Article 51 of the Staff Regulations, is hereby authorised. N. Council Regulation (EC) No 1892/1990, as it applies every time, either as national experts or their employment in services of the European Union (EU) or of the Member States;

The Committee of the Regions, as well as the International and Regional Organisations, as well as international agreements in the framework of programmes for the development of cooperation between: (a) the national administrations of the Member States, or al -

(b) the national administrations of the Member States of the European Union;

(c) the national administrations of its Member States

(d) the services of international and regional organisations;

In the case of the International Council of Trade Unions. '

Article 5

1. The grants received by the Municipalities, the Peri-es and the legal persons of public law, the undertakings referred to in Article 252 of the Code of Conduct and of the Communities, as are the case of the Regions of Article 194 of the Law. 3852/2010 by national or co-financed programmes of the European Union in order to achieve a common interest in the provision of the Treaty. Article 1 (3) of the Law No 4182/2013 (185) are not confiscated and are not adopted. In order to collect the grants referred to in the first subparagraph, proof of tax and insurance shall be granted, by way of derogation from the provisions on the issue of a certificate of payment due from the public financial services and the insurance undertakings; And/or

2. For the undertakings specified in the provisions of Article 252 of the IGC, n. The Committee of the Regions welcomes the Commission's proposal to extend the scope of Regulation (EC) No 3463/2006 as well as for the regions of Article 194 of the Treaty. Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3852/2010, which shall receive grants from co-financed programmes of the European Union, by way of derogation from Article 26 of Regulation (EEC) No 1846/1951, as amended and in force, shall be defined as the time-limit for payment of their insurance contributions, or The last working day of the day of the next month from the one paid by the financing service, the relevant grant-assistance. In order to determine the time-limit or non-payment of contributions, it should be taken by the undertaking from the financing service.

3. By way of derogation from the relevant provisions on the performance of an attestation of liability by the IKA-STAM, during the period of declaration and insurance of the staff, until the respective contributions are repaid in accordance with the preceding paragraph, it shall be granted; A declaration of non-payment, subject to compliance with the other conditions under which it was granted.

Article 6

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Official Journal of the Government and of the Council, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 29 thereof.
