Article 1

Article 2 Modification of Chapter I of the n. 2667/1998

(A1)

The fourth paragraph of paragraph 1. Article 1 (2) of the Law Regulation (EEC) No 2667/1998 ('), as replaced by Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2667/1998. 4366/2016 (18), is replaced by the following:

' Appropriations shall be made available by decision of the Economic and Social Committee and shall be effected by the Secretary-General of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus as the authorising officer by delegation. '

Article 3

1. In order to meet urgent needs of public services and legal persons of public law, the secondment of regular staff of ERT S.A. A decision of the Board of Directors of the company shall determine the number, ratings and spatial distribution of personnel who may be seconded on request to the service or host. The secondment shall be issued by the Minister for the Interior and of the Administrative Deposits following the submission of a request by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. 3. Article 15

Article 5

Article 6

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement, ratified, by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 30 thereof.
