Species 1

The amendments to the Constitution and to the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union signed by the Conference of Government Plenipotentiaries in Antalya on 24 November 2006, as amended by the Conference of Government Plenipotentiaries (Kioto 1994), by the Conference of Government Plenipotentiaries (Minneapolis 1998) and by the Conference of Government Plenipotentiaries (Marrakesh 2002), will be agreed. The change certificates as well as the noises and reservations of 24 November 2006 will be published below with an official German translation. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy is authorized, by means of a regulation without the consent of the Federal Council, to apply the law of enforcement for international telecommunications services, which are responsible for the constitution and the convention referred to in Article 4 (3) of the , as well as amendments to the law of the International Telecommunication Union, which decide on the international conferences for international telecommunications services of the International Telecommunication Union, to enter into force and to lay down rules on the delivery of the international telecommunications services. They shall be subject to the rules of implementation and their amendments. The Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure is authorized, by means of a legal regulation without the consent of the Federal Council, to the law enforcement order for the radio service, which is responsible for the constitution and the convention referred to in Article 4 (3) of the Constitution , as well as amendments to this law enforcement order, which decide on the international radio conferences of the International Telecommunication Union, to enter into force and to make arrangements for the proclamation of the enforcement orders and their amendments. Art 3

The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology may make known the constitution and the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union, as amended, with an official German translation in the recast version. Unofficial table of contents

Species 4

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the amendments to the Federal Republic of Germany shall enter into force shall be announced in the Federal Law Gazprom.
