I.

Pursuant to Section 8 (2) No. 7 of the Trademark Law of 5. October 1994 (BGBl. I p. 3082; 1995 I p. 156), the following official test and guarantee marks are published:

1.

Test and warranty for precious metal objects introduced in the Republic of Moldova (Appendix 1),

2.

Testing and warranty for "World-class products" introduced in the Republic of Korea (Appendix 2).

II.

Pursuant to Section 8 (2) (8) of the same law, it is announced that the following marks are:

1.

New Emblem No 1 of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) (Annex 3),

2.

Designation, abbreviation and emblem of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Appendix 4),

3.

Emblem and Abbreviation of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Annex 5)
