Section 1 Height of the catchment fee to the catchment points

§ 2 Distribution of the subsidy fee

(2) Increased expenses incurred by the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, which are incurred in the course of the introduction of the procedure, will be paid on a flat-rate basis with a supplement for the calendar years 2009 and 2010 of one million euros each. § 4 The amount of the lump sum for the examination of the employers by the agricultural sickness insurance fund

(1) The flat-rate compensation to be paid by the Federal Employment Agency to the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture for the examination of employers by the Agricultural Health Insurance Fund pursuant to § 28p (1) sentence 6 of the Fourth Book Social Code amounts to EUR 10 033 per year. (2) Increased expenses of the Agricultural Health Insurance Fund, which are incurred in the introduction of the procedure, are included in the compensatory amounts fixed in accordance with § 1 (2) and are 250 EUR 000. § 5 Due date and payment
