§ 1 Objective of the examination and designation of the financial statements

to adapt flexibly to changing methods and systems in production, to changing structures of work organization and to new methods of organisational development, personnel management and development, and to the technical-organizational change in operation.

§ 2 Scope of the industrial classification of the industry and the structure of the examination

(1) The qualification for the tested industrial master/certified industrial master in electrical engineering comprises:
1.
Vocational and occupational pedagogical qualifications,
2.
Cross-disciplinary basic skills,
3.
Action-specific qualifications.

§ 3 Admission requirements

(1) For the examination in the examination section "Cross-disciplinary basic qualifications", it is possible to admit who has the following:

a successful final examination in another recognised occupation, followed by at least six months of professional practice, or

at least four years of professional experience.
(2) To be examined in the "Action-specific Qualifications" examination part, the following shall be admitted:
1.
The examination of the examination part "Cross-disciplinary basic qualifications", which is not more than five years ago, and
2.
in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 (1) to (3), at least one additional year of professional practice.
(3) The professional practice referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall have substantial references to the duties of a certified industrial master/specialist in electrical engineering in accordance with § 1 (3). § 4 Basic Qualifications Cross-discipline

(2) Who participates in a repeat examination and within two years, calculated from the date of termination of the non-passed examination part, for the re-examination shall be exempted from the examination in individual examination areas, the written situation tasks and the situation-related expert discussion on request, if the services provided in the examination have been submitted in a previous examination. § 9 Transitional provisions

Initiated examination procedures may be completed by the end of 28 February 2007 in accordance with the provisions of the previous regulations. On request, the competent body may also carry out the repeat examination in accordance with this Regulation; § 8 (2) shall not apply in this case. Section 10 Entry into force, expiry of the external force
