Due to § 3 (2) of the EGMR-Cost Aid Act of 20 April 2013 (BGBl. 829), the Federal Ministry of Justice is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Refund amounts

(1) In the context of the cost assistance under the EGMR Costing Act, fees incurred by a third party for a legal councillor shall be reimbursed in the following amount:
1.
for the preparation of the case, for the written comments on the admissibility or the merits of the case, for supplementary opinions requested by the Court of Justice, and for the presentation on fair compensation or for the presentation of the case Amicable agreement totality 850,00 Euro,
2.
for participation in oral proceedings before the Court of Justice or a witness hearing, including the preparation of 300.00 Euro,
3.
for participation in settlement negotiations 200.00 Euro.
The refund amounts can be reduced to half if the procedure is simple and legal in terms of actual and legal terms and the level is below average. If the activity of the legal councor is limited to the position of the application for third party participation, the amount of the refund shall be 212,50 Euro. (2) Expenses shall be reimbursed in the following amount:
1.
Travel expenses incurred as a result of the participation in oral proceedings, witness testimony or settlement negotiations, at the level of the eligible amount according to § 5 of the Justice and Compensation Act, whereby the The amount of the fare replacement according to Article 5 (2) (2) shall be based on the use of a motor vehicle of its own or free of charge for the use of the vehicle.
2.
Daily allowances arising from participation in oral proceedings or in testimony or settlement negotiations, in the amount of 175.00 Euro per day.

§ 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
